where mammals and computers
live together in mutually
programming harmony
like pure water
touching clear sky.

I like to think

of a cybernetic forest
filled with pines and electronics
where deer stroll peacefully
past computers
as if they were flowers
with spinning blossoms.

I like to think
(it has to be!)
of a cybernetic ecology
where we are free of our labors
and joined back to nature,
returned to our mammal
brothers and sisters,
and all watched over
by machines of loving grace.

Dynamic space research
is a sound installation inspired by idea of deep listening of cityscape from a safe watchtower in the middle of Weimar observing wind phenomena, which is always present and takes part in the environmental cycles and changes.
While thinking of creating this installation I have thought about how much energoresources it takes to amplify, filter and change the observation of wind and how ironic it is to highlight this always present and ubiquitous phenomena by setting it up as a playful listening experience, while having doubts in human present use of energy and ecology of windmill yards and the energy consumption of our technologies.
Sculpture is controlled by visitor presence speculating on a question if there is noone listening is the thing non existant? Would this technologically growing and inevitably self destructing envoierment that we are living in will restart itself after the dawn of human kind or the extreme changes are just a part of a normal cycle of rising and falling like a gust of wind.
